Capacity Building

The Why

Many youth sports organizations (YSO’s) that serve an important programmatic role in Western New York lack the capacity needed to implement larger, more sustained initiatives.

Project Play WNY desires to develop strategies to provide support to youth sports organizations that seek to play a larger programmatic role in the WNY region, but cannot do so in a sustainable manner.
